Founder
That Green Life's founder goes by the name of Anthony Leonard. With a foundation of working as a chef, mixologist and as live music promoter, Anthony decided he would launch TGL in covid lockdown. Though he had experimented with fermentation over the years at home to combat a bad bout of acid reflux, during lockdown he developed some recipes that he was happy enough with to share with his friends and family. The feedback he received was enough to give him the drive to pursue the journey of producing health food and drink.
In his previous life as a chef he had the privilege of training under esteemed chefs in the industry, such as Adam Simmonds, a former Michelin-starred chef and winner of The Great British Menu. He worked for another formerly Michelin-starred chef, Bruno Loubet, at his veggie friendly restaurant The Grain Store (sadly now closed).
Of all the pursuits he could have chosen, he decided to start a business that was focused on health foods as he wanted to share the health benefits that he had received from fermented products.
