Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  

You must refrigerate your chilled items as soon as you receive them. Failure to do so will mean that you won't be eligible for a refund.

Your refund will only be accepted if the product is not as described or faulty.

Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within [X] days of receiving your shipment. We will promptly arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please note that in such cases, refunds will not be issued; instead, a replacement will be provided to ensure you receive your order.

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
