Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.

Before your order is dispatched, we will contact you to confirm that you will be available to receive it on the day of delivery. Please ensure that someone is home, as we cannot be held responsible for any issues if the delivery is attempted and no one is available.

Royal Mail will provide you with a time estimate for delivery on the day your order is scheduled to arrive. If you know you won’t be home, please leave a note for the postman specifying a safe place where your parcel can be left.

Important for chilled products: All chilled items must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. We are not liable for any products that spoil due to improper storage or delays in refrigeration after delivery.
