Cultured Coleslaw is juicy, sour and crunchy. Perfect in sandwiches, tacos, mixed with mayo or on top of whatever you’re eating.
It’s lacto-fermented which means it’s full of probiotic, good bacteria which is key to boosting your gut health. It’s raw and unpasteurised unlike some supermarket brands that treat their products with heat or preserve them in vinegar which conserves the product for longer but kills the good bacteria. Our priority is giving you the most nutritious and flavourful product possible.
There are no additives or preservatives except for sea salt.
All products are sourced locally where possible
It has a shelf life of 10 weeks.
