All of our products are naturally lacto-fermented which means they are full of probiotic, good bacteria which is key to boosting your gut health. They’re raw and unpasteurised unlike some supermarket brands that treat their products with heat or preserve them in vinegar which conserves the product for longer but kills the good bacteria. Our priority is giving you the most nutritious and flavourful product possible.

There are no unnatural additives or preservatives in these products.

All products are sourced locally where possible and our fermented foods have a shelf life of 10 weeks. Our drinks have a shelf life of 3 weeks. They are fine to drink after that but they fizz up a little bit after opening.
