Our Kimchi is a vegan take on classic Korean Kimchi. It has an umami, slightly sour flavour with a nice bit of heat (say around 6.5 to 7 out of 10 on the spice meter). It goes perfectly with sandwiches, omelettes, noodles, fried rice or in pancakes.
