Jaramillo Café - Single Origin Colombian Coffee - Beans or Ground

Mauricio Jaramillo is responsible for bringing his families coffee over from their farm in Colombia to roast it here in Shoreditch. Cultivated in a rich volcanic soil at an altitude of up to 1750m. The flavours are nutty with notes of caramel and chocolate 

Colombia is known for producing incredible coffee with a delicate flavour and Jaramillo's is amongst some of the best coffee that we've ever tried and we're super lucky to be able to share it with you.

The elevation (height above sea level) that the coffee plants are grown has a significant affect the quality of the bean and taste. The family farms of Jaramillo Cafe® can be found at elevations of up to 1750m Above sea level.

At these altitudes the beans produced are naturally more hard, more dense, packed with natural sugars and sweetness. These are some of the most sought-after varieties of coffee bean and are generally regarded as some of the highest quality that can be sourced.

Choose whether you want the coffee ground or you would like to buy the beans so you can grind them yourself.

Also choose the strength of roast that you want:

3 is a medium roast, with a light delicate flavour

4 is a medium strong roast, full bodied with a light flavour.

5 is a dark roast with an intense flavour
