Full of probiotic, good bacteria which is key to boosting your gut health. Our products are raw and unpasteurised unlike some supermarket brands that treat their products with heat which conserve the product for longer but kills the good bacteria. Our priority is giving you the most nutritious and flavourful product possible.

There are no additives or preservatives except for sea salt.

All products are sourced locally where possible

Our kimchi has a shelf life of 10 weeks and must be refrigerated at all times.
