Crafted using the naturally occurring vapour from a smoking room, it's fermented using raw and non-ultra processed ingredients. A spin on our classic Kimchi it has an umami, slightly sweet & sour flavour to accompany the oak smoke, with a nice kick of chilli heat (say around 6 to 7 out of 10 on the spice meter). It's a perfect dish to serve on the side of most meals, pairing exceptionally well with noodles, fried rice, sandwiches & milder flavours.
It is full of probiotic, good bacteria which is key to boosting your gut health. Our Kimchi is raw and unpasteurised unlike some supermarket brands that treat their products with heat which conserves the product for longer but kills the good bacteria. Our priority is giving you the most nutritious and flavourful product possible.
There are no additives or preservatives except for sea salt.
All products are sourced locally where possible
Our kimchi has a shelf life of 3 months. Consume within 1-2 months after opening.
